We do not ask you to create an account, we do not sell personal data, and we do not need to know who you are for this site to work. What follows explains the limited data that is collected anyway, mostly by analytics and advertising services, and how to control it.

PandaExpressCouponCode.com is an independent informational website publishing Panda Express coupon codes, menu prices and nutrition data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Panda Express or Panda Restaurant Group.

2. What we collect
We do not require registration and we do not run user accounts. Data reaches us in three ways.
Information you send us
If you email us to report a dead code or a correction, we receive whatever you put in that message, including your email address. We use it to reply and to fix the issue, and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our host and our analytics provider record technical information when you visit. This is not linked to your name and we do not attempt to identify individuals from it.

Information from advertising
This site may display advertising. Ad networks set their own cookies and may collect data about your browsing to show relevant ads. That data goes to them, not to us, and is governed by their privacy policies rather than this one.

4. Third party services
We use a small number of external services. Each has its own privacy policy which governs what they do with data they collect.

- Analytics. Aggregated, anonymous statistics about site usage.
- Advertising networks. May set cookies and use browsing data to select ads.
- Content delivery networks. Serve fonts and assets, and see your IP address as a technical necessity.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anybody, for any purpose.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following bases.
- Legitimate interests for security logging, fraud prevention and understanding site usage in aggregate.
- Consent for analytics and advertising cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interests for replying to an email you chose to send us.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data we hold, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of your data. Under California law you also have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
In practice we hold very little about any individual. The most likely thing is an email you sent us. To exercise any right, write to hello@pandaexpresscouponcode.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and retained according to the provider's own schedule.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or the law does. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
