We can turn a report around much more quickly when it includes a few specifics. None of these are required, but each one saves us a round trip.

What we cannot help with
We are an independent site with no relationship to Panda Express, so there are things we simply have no ability to resolve.
- Order problems. Missing items, refunds, late delivery and food quality all need Panda Express directly, or the delivery platform you ordered through.
- Rewards accounts. Points balances, account access and birthday rewards are handled inside the Panda Express app.
- Gift cards. Balances, replacements and activation are a Panda Express matter.
- Employment. We are not connected to Panda Express hiring in any way.
- Franchising. Same, no connection.
For any of the above, contact Panda Express through their own website or app. We have no ability to look up your order or your account.
Paid placements
We do not accept payment to list a coupon code, and we do not rank codes by commission. If you are writing to offer either, the answer is no, and we would rather not spend your time or ours on it. Our full position is set out in the disclaimer and in about us.
Response times
Dead code reports and corrections are handled within 48 hours because they affect whether the site is accurate. Everything else usually gets a reply within three working days. We read every message even when we do not reply to all of them.
